I created a vision board to assist in the realization of my pursuits.
Vision boards serve as an aid to help bring clarity to your dreams. The clearer the dreams, the more likely you are to live the dreams in your actual experience.
Vision boards shouldn’t be unfamiliar to most. As teenagers, many of us (myself included) plastered our walls with images of people, places, and ideas that looked up to - physically and emotionally. Most certainly, what ever images we hung were fundamental to how we viewed ourselves.
When I hung Nintendo posters on my wall, I undoubtedly experienced more Nintendo in my life. When I had a Bob Marley flag, was looking everywhere for “One Love.” We think it’s just something we do because we feel like it. However, if you examine more closely, these posters served to propagate in our lives the ideas and values portrayed within.
Visuals are powerful. Pictures, especially those tied with complex emotion, become burned into our minds. With this understanding, I am more and more subjecting my brain to images of positivity and enrichment, as opposed to the frequently negative and spiritually-draining sights to be found in most TV and movies.
By placing before my eyes inspiring and uplifting photos, words, and concepts, my chances of success increase. A path to the fruition of the reality suggested in the vision board is stirring in my subconscious is, thus I am that much closer to manifesting my desires.
SEE your success.
