Whether you know it or not, each thought your mind produces injects your body with vibration. Vibration is energy, and the way we talk about this energy is "feelings." I feel happy, therefore I am having happy thoughts. I feel sad, therefore I am thinking of sad things.
Why does this matter?
We assume that this is a one way process. I feel this, therefore I am thinking that. In reality, it is a two-way process.
I am thinking of happy things, like sunshine and the ocean, therefore I feel happy. I am thinking of sad things, like death and misfortune, therefore I feel sad.
Try saying over and over again, with total confidence, "I feel good. I feel good. I feel good." Chances are you will feel good. At the very least, if you listen to your body, you will feel a lifting sensation in your heart and muscles. Why? Because thoughts are vibrations.
This is an empowering bit of knowledge when you understand how easily you can change your life - which is largely how you feel - simply by changing your thoughts. Combine that with action and you become truly, deeply powerful.
