As you know, there are three primary achievements I am after this year:
In this post, I'll be focusing the most essential action step that's enabling to actually manifest new habits.
It's supremely simple. A large calendar sits on my room desk, and every single night, I place a checkmark in the appropriate row for FOUR behaviors I am engraving into my life.
The reason this is motivating me is it feels like a game. Each checkmark is like a point, and I am aiming for a high score. Moreover, placing checkmarks is extremely satisfying because I can visually see the progress.
I've done this every day since January 18, and I intend to continue doing so throughout 2015 and beyond. Once I have a checkmark next to ~90% of my days (gotta leave some wiggle-room for the truly unexpected) for these particular habits, I can move on to new habits that go beyond maintaing health and into manifesting dreams.
