If you're like me, there are various lessons and realizations that you are continuously relearning and rediscovering. In other words, certain ways of living and doing things escape your mind, and you forget to do them. This keeps you from moving forward because if you would have remained conscious of the lesson, you would have been able to apply it without having to fail again, and then relearn what you already learned!
How do we break the cycle of relearning/rediscovering, and keep past lessons/realizations in our minds for the present and future?
I have developed a 5-step process that I am going to try. For the sake of simplicity I will just use the word "lessons" to represent lessons, realizations, discoveries, etc...
Please send me a note if you've found something that works for you in order to retain lessons in your mind. I'll report back next week with an update on this endeavor...
