![]() We've all heard that following our gut instincts or "intuition" is a good idea. But how many of us know exactly how to go about it? Having struggled over the question, "how do I follow my intuition?" for years, I've come to identify some key questions and guiding statements that lead to the voice of intuition. Intuition can take different forms and there is never a right or wrong answer when it comes to making choices in life; just some that are better than others. So, no matter if you use this guide or not, you have to let go of your need for a definite answer. Now, take the situation you find yourself in and apply these questions and fill in the blanks: Intuition is the voice of love and faith. Is this this a voice of fear and worry, or a voice of love and faith? How does this choice feel in my body when I imagine it playing out in my head? If I was totally safe and secure, which choice would I make? Given my goal/intention to _________________, the choice that most aligns with that is _________________. Which choice would the happy and confident version of myself make? If my guardian angel suddenly appeared before me to tell me what to do, what would he/she say? If I was overcoming doubt, I would _________________. If I was moving in the direction of my highest vision, I would _________________. If there was no right or wrong choice, I would _________________. The choice that feels the most like my my deepest inner truth is _________________. If I simply let go into the flow and took action right now, I would _________________. I hope you find this guide helpful when trying to navigate difficult decisions in life. I know it's helped me! ~Ethan |
